• Lease and credit application information — if you proceed with a lease or financing application, additional information required for that process, as described in our Lease Agreement.
• Messages you send us — anything you include in a contact form, quote request, or email to our team.

We do not knowingly collect payment card information through this website. Any deposit or payment details are collected separately through a secure payment process at the time of purchase or lease signing.

• Financing partners — if you apply for financing or leasing, we share the information necessary to process that application with iFinance and/or CanaBound FlexPay, and, where permitted by law, with credit reporting agencies, as described in our Lease Agreement.
• Form processing services — quote requests submitted through this site are delivered to us using FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service.
• Mapping and delivery zone lookup — when you search for a city to check delivery zones, that search is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim geocoding service and displayed using OpenStreetMap map tiles, to show your approximate location on the map. This is used only to estimate delivery distance and is not stored by us.
• Service providers — companies that help us operate this website or deliver, install, or service your hot tub.
• Legal or safety reasons — where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website may use cookies or similar technologies to help pages function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how some parts of this site work.
